Ryan McNaught, nicknamed the BrickMan, is one of only 13 Lego certified professionals in the world.
He has created a model of the great Roman Colosseum for University of Sydney. It took him 200,000 bricks to re-enact the ancient wonder in miniature, in all its vibrant details.
Half of McNaught’s Lego Colosseum looks almost like how it is now -in ruins. The other side however is like how it might have been in 80 CE when newly built.
The model was made for the University of Sydney. One can view it at the Nicholson Museum in Melbourne, Australia, where it will remain until January 2013.
